Established in 1948, SAVIOLI LELIO S.n.c. was one of the first companies in Italy to build the bone bandsaw, a machine used to cut frozen meat and fish, and bones, intended to be used in butchers' shops, fishmongers, community kitchens, hotels, restaurants, meat's industries and fish, etc.
The founder of the company, Lelio Savioli, after over sixty years of experience, has designed and built a complete range of professional equipment suitable to meet all the needs of any food processing shop, from the smallest to the largest.
First in cast iron, then in aluminum and finally in Aisi 304 stainless steel, the bone bandsaw machines and all our products are characterized by great quality, safety, sturdiness and reliability that make them long-lasting and that have made the Savioli brand known throughout the world.
